Glad I was able to help !
Just used this video to replace mine today! Thanks a million man
Ok. I must be the idiot in the group. This just happened to my Tahoe, but I didn’t see in detail what the problem was or what inner parts I’m removing/replacing other than installing the new handle itself. What actually broke?
Thank you!
Thanks! Glad I was able to help!
Thank you so much. I proceeded to take that whole metal piece off the door until I watched this. Now back to buy a drill
Same thing happened to me this morning man. I’ll tackle her tomorrow. Thanks for the vid. Subscribed.
Look on my channel I have a video for that also.
how did you get the door panel off?
Yes because you have to take the inside ones off to get att all the parts to the outside ones. Good luck and hope all goes well!
Just about to go down to the basement and do same thing to both the wife’s 2000 z71. Thanks for the video hope mine goes as well. Both of the outside handles frames are cracked , but they still work.Any advantage to doin both inside an outside at same time? Watched your video on the outside ones , looked like a pain in the ass.
just finished the repair. Thanks a bunch.
Thank you!
Great video, thank you, my problem exactly.
Thank you and thank you !

Thank you for watching.
thanks for this video it helped
Thank you for watching. Glad it was of some help.
DOOR PANEL REMOVER. They are less than $10 US at most parts stores.
i know and its all built to break.
They don’t make anything easy to work on any more. Damn college educated engineers! LOL
success!
lol you’ll have to tear the whole dam door up. lol
Wow that would get annoying. Any idea what’s causing it?
Wow, i had the same problem. If only GM used metal, then we wouldn’t have anything to talk about. Also, when it gets hot, if I don’t bump my driver door window down some. It want come down until I skeet cold water on it. 3 years like this.
Wasn’t to bad. Just think if I can do it then it must be idiot proof ! LOL ! Thanks for watching.
Man that looks like a pain in the ass to fix. I hope my 97 chev never does that. Good job and good vid bud. Thumbs up
