How to replace the battery on a Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2014 To 2019. Not as easy as the older truck, but can be done in less than 10 mins. The bad thing is our battery exploded acid on our truck to we first had to neutralize the acid with baking soda.

Finally getting everything back together without breaking things, making sure everything is tightened down, and the wires are installed correctly on the battery bus.

You don't have to remove the bus bar, but we found it was easier with the wires removed to unclip it from the battery. Also, with the bus bar out of the way, it is easier to install the very heavy battery in your Chevy or GMC truck.
