Drop the spare and spray it with blaster, then retighten and drop again. Might have to do it a couple times to break it lose

I have the same Yukon and when I add gasoline it takes me too long because the gasoline rises quickly through the tube. That part solves the problem?

Read instructions for removing spare tire…………turn wrench clockwise to tighten it first then counter clockwise to let it down. If it dont come down repeat the process. Dumb shit, if you are going to make videos get your shit straight

I just filled my tank and now have to replace this part for inspection. Does alot of gas come out when you take it off?

Will this install not work unless you clear the code? I replaced the whole assembly and still didn’t fix it. Still only pumps about 3/4 gal at the time before choking off.

The spare tire has a safety lock. Take it up first, then lower it.

i did exactly this job last week,,smoke tested the system with the truck running, leaked out of the filter,,did it again today, no leaks,,still throwing P0455, customer swears she didn't gas the truck running..Activated just the purge valve, running,,waited 10 secs, have good vacuum at the gas cap,,,a little head scratching now…when I get the truck back I will look at the values of the tank sensor on my scanner, cant report on that now.
