Any videos on 72 Chevy Cheyenne or c10 restoration or part replacements….
could definitely use some

Your video was very helpful with regards to advising how to remove those
darn pins and tabs. Thanks to your video I was able to reuse them when I
put the old covers on my new bumper.

Steven Prince says:

My rear bumper (2001 silverado 1500) had additional bracing that would not
allow it to slide out after the bolts shown in this video were removed,
bummed me out haha. It was loose after removing the shown bolts, but the
bracing simply would not squeeze out between the body and chassis. There
were not in friendly spots to work on either. Anyways, thanks for the
video, gave me the motivation to remove and repaint my bumpers.

Camalation says:

i was wondering if a 97 gmc bumper would fit on a 01 silverado

Hi, Mike. The hose part of an automatic transmission cooler line on my 1998
1500 Dodge Ram has been sweating oily residue recently, and I’m feeling
inclined to change out the rubber part of the line before it suddenly
fails. It’s a short two foot section of rubber line that ties into the
cooler. Looking at the connections, I’m not sure how it comes apart, or
what I ask for at a parts store. If you have the chance I would appreciate
a video showing how those lines come apart. Thanks. Dave

@jwernrvtcvn HI, I currently do not have the vehicle here. If you go to the
parts counter at the dealership they can usually pull up a picture on the
computer and tell you exactly what size the factory bolts were. They may
even have some for you. Hope this helps.

Hey Mike, I am currently replacing the same bumper. My only problem is I
need all new bolts and brackets. The brackets were easy to find. My problem
is finding the bolts, you slightly mention the sizes in this video. If you
could can you let me know all the bolts/pieces, sizes, and how many are
needed. Thanks a lot.

Thank you so much this video was a life saver I have a 05 Z71 Tahoe the
back bumper is rusted completely out I will try this weekend to replace it
thanks again

kenman1717 says:

yeah those rusted bolts can be a pain, i know i’m from canada. i’ve done a
few of these bumpers, always run into a problem somewhere. especially if
something is bent, which for some reason is usually the case. something i
found, the brackets off the HD models for 00-06 are different than the
1/2ton models, must be the frame that determines it. bumper is the same
though.

1A Auto Parts says:

@MrStoneman1394 There should be a couple of bolts that hold it into place
on the backside of the bumper. It would help if you had a friend hold the
bumper up as you loosen the bolts. Hope this helps you out.
