I have an Isuzu Hombre, I take it this applies to my ruck too?
The spring came out on my handle for my 98 jimmy can that be fixed or do I
need to replace the whole interior handle?

However in removing the clip from the handle this procedure worked better
for me: Cotton Rag Method 1. Try to work the rag in between the crank and
the door panel. 2. Move the rag in a “dental flossing” motion see-sawing
back and forth. Eventually you’ll hit the right spot, and the clip will pop
off. on my 1997 S10 the door handle screw needed to be held with a screw
drive behind it in order to get to turn. You must also align the lock
mechanism where the top screw is located.
It may be a similar process. Not sure of the exact year of your Isuzu
