Are you sure about measurements? 4.5 back from edge of glass will put me inside support frame on inside. looks to me like 7 inches to center. not sure????
By any chance do you know where do get one of those connectors that are actually in the passenger side fuse panel, or a part number?
those self tapping screws tend to loosen with vibration .. better fit some riveted nuts and use allen bolts ..
I realize it's only been less than a year, can I ask how they're holding up.. contemplating on the OE vs these.. some posts show that they're not holding up to good after a year or so… Thanks, great video by the way too… can I have your garage?? 🙂

Not sure if you can add a note to your video, but it may be helpful to note that it DOES matter which direction you plug the wire coming from the light into the harness. I have a 2018 2500 and was just switching out the lens colors. Plugged everything in and buttoned it up (foolishly) then realized none of the lights came on. After an hour or so I tried flipping the connector the other direction and they worked. Tricky because they will fit both ways. Unsure if this is the case for all years but assume so for 17-19 at least
I have a 2020 2500hd Chevy truck and It didn’t come with cab lights from factory. Can the cab lights work for my truck?
Do you think you could run these on the 99-07 body style??
When tightening the bolts down. Does the 4 legged “washer” completely spread flat? Or how tight did you go? The instructions for the lights does not specify.
