STEPS:
1. Use a 7mm socket to remove two bolts from the grill
2. Use a 10mm socket to remove six bolts from the grill
3. Use a 10mm socket to remove two bolts from the top of the headlight assembly
4. Turn the tire to the side to access the inner fender liner
5. Use a 7mm socket to remove two bolts from the fender liner
6. Use a pry bar to remove three clips from the fender liner
7. Pull the liner away to access a 10mm bolt on the headlight assembly
8. Use a 10mm socket to loosen the bolt from the headlight assembly inside the fender
9. Carefully remove the headlight assembly
10. Replace the headlight assembly or any blown bulbs
11. Make sure the headlight is aligned properly before pushing into position
12. Installation is the reverse of removal

TOOLS USED:
1. 7mm Socket
2. 10mm Socket
3. 3/8 Ratchet
4. Drill (Optional)
5. Pry Bar

Excellent video! I want to buy the same headlight assembly but the few reviews claim visibility is very poor. Lights shine ten feet in front of the bumper. Very little adjustment. Plus it’s not clear if they come with bulbs.

Great instruction video Steven! I replaced my OEM lights due to moisture from car washes entering the light housing, which was causing the fail frequently. After the installation of the aftermarket lights, like the ones you feature in this video, I noticed the vertical column of LED lights didn't work. Any tips on what I might have missed? I am replacing one of the low beam bulbs today as a bulb burnt out after a year of service. Also, these headlights did not produce as much light as the OEM headlights…did you notice a difference in the amount of light with the headlight change?

I have a 2009 Denali. Definitely just gonna buy the bulbs and do it myself using this tutorial. Beats spending 200-300 dollars having a shop do it. Labor costs are ridiculous
