Hey I know this is an old vid, but I followed your tutorial exactly I
installed unlocker but it only loads halfway under the apple logo
I’ve downloaded everything fine, all Mac OS X Yosemite files are downloaded
sucesfully. Then I tried to use 7z to extract them (right clicking the .001
file and choosing extract here) and got an error message: unspecified
error. Any idea?

Hi, nice tutorial. I wish you would speak and comment real time in the
video. Can you log in to AppStore and install Apps?
My install progress bar gets half way and then stops. Any suggestions? I
tried setting RAM to 70% and rebooting, but it did not help. I also ran
the unlocker as admin, but I do not see OS X as an option for the OS.
SOLVED: It turns out that the unlocker does not work with the current
version of VMware Player 7. If you install VMware Player version 6
(included above) and install the unlocker tool, it works fine.

I have benn using this in VMware, the problem is the OS is locked and it
needs a password. The OS needs a password so that I can log in. The LOGIN
screen has the “Yosemite Tech Reviews” profile and gets locked there.
Please let us know the password.
If your GFX are slow and jittery, you need to install this (you might need
XCode installed).
