Ryan Ninnemukker says:

Great video, is it common for oil pumps to go bad on these 3400's? I just bought the vehicle and the pump is not working. Thanks

Candace Young says:

Thank you so much for this video. I realized that I missed a few bolts by watching! You're awesome!

loxidr says:

You don't need to take the starter off

James Stanley says:

Thanks for posting ..I don't know how a tutorial video could be explained, shown and edited any better.. Cheers

Justin Emrick says:

So I did the same work on a 3.5 2010 Chevy Impala, I think I may have a leak again possibly from in correct reinstall, did you tighten and torque the small pan bolts first? Or the side bolts?

G Man says:

Thank you for uploading the steps you took, this really helped me out doing this job, particularity the very important information at the end of your video, much appreciated guy.

David David says:

You never linked the video for the starter removal

Krysa Scoggins says:

You didn’t even show the part I needed to see. The oil pan won’t come out. I like your “finagling things around” description but it was not helpful. Engine is lifted and parts are off but it’s still stuck, still not enough space to get it out.

Salado Sam says:

Comprehensive, accurate, and especially important; the step about establishing oil pressure before starting the engine. Very good advice.
