My mechenic installed three delpi fuel pumps in four months.They all had a faulty check valve.leaking back in the tank.Not leaking in injectors or pressure regular.Or lines.Has anyone else had that problem?What could cause it?

My pump came with a new pig tail and connector. My wire colors on the pigtail are white/black, grey, purple, black.
My harness is Orange/black, grey, purple, black.
No idea which colors splice together.

Excellent clear video. One thing, those wire connectors were heat shrink connectors. If you heated them, they would have shrunk and sealed around the wire. You can identify them by their translucent color.

Thank you for making this video. One thing I did that I noticed you didn’t was I put electrical tape over the connectors where the new plug was spliced in. Helps keep moisture out

I just took my 2003 Jimmy blazer to the mechanic to put in a new fuel pump. The hardest part is taking it off. Putting it back on is easy.
