Hey I was able to replace mine but I have security lock light on on the Cluster it fires up and doesn't cut off when going into gear so not a big deal but wondering how to get that to turn off
Is it possible I can get new door locks for my single cab? My truck got broken into. I have one of the locks but I need two of them.
Thas the 2002 uses cheap
Thanks this actually helped me start my truck with a broken key and I think I may have messed something up when I pulled out the lock cylinder and then put it back in anyway I can start my truck now.
is there a good app that can give me bitting info? I tried the one you used in this video but they must've stopped developping the app on all platforms because it doesn't even show Cadillac as an option anymore. I'm down $14 bucks now lol
Dose this work on a 1995 cadillac to or not
Someone tried to steal my GMC Sierra. It looks like they left a blocked key lock cylinder in there because my key won’t go in. Do you know how to get that cylinder out without being able to put in a key?
Cannot stand how every video claims no keys yet you're using a damn jiggler WHICH IS A FUCKING KEY!!!!! It's obviously not your normal everyday key, but IT IS STILL A KEY.
What is the green tool called?
Take the time to finish properly, a job worth doing is one worth doing right. And use proper lock lubrication WD-40 is sticky and is gonna grab and hold every piece of dust and grit it comes into contact with
If you repeat the video with skinny hands we naught be able to see clearer
For me it's easier and faster lishi the door and get the key cuts (unless) it's not the same key with the ignition. Great video, thanks for sharing.
This is great! I have a broken key in car door cylinder and tumblers won't move. I've tried everything. So I removed cylinder from the door. I saw code on back of cylinder. Can a locksmith cut key based on coding on the back?
This is exactly what we need. The original keys are under a bit (3 feet) of ice and snow.
Thank you again
You are the best
Happy new year
