The harness is not compatible with premium or Bose factory sound systems. These vehicles have factory amplified sound systems. Unless you want to replace your factory amplifier, you’ll need a special harness.

HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE A PREMIUM BOSE SYSTEM?
There are 2 types of Bose systems available in some models of vehicles listed below. Turn factory radio volume up and down rapidly. If the sound system reacts immediately then the system is a standard BOSE, not a premium BOSE. If the sound system volume does not react immediately, but has a noticeable delay, the system is a Premium BOSE. You can also check the glove compartment service parts sticker/label for the Premium BOSE Y91/Z75 BOSE radio code If “Premium” BOSE amplifier is not used or is bypassed.
