Always eliminated the buzzers
Buzzer sound is awesome
The great part about old chevys it was just a module in the fuse block under the steering wheel that got riped out as soon as i bought my obs chevy
Got tired of mine, replaced the connector and buzzer with a door chime and plug out of a 1989 F-150
I used to pull those buzzers out from my taxicabs all the time. Annoying things they are.Taxi drivers go crazy having to listen to those all day long. Not that we drove trucks, but it's the same junk in our cabs.
I got rid of that annoying sound when I got divorced
I ripped that sob off on my 79 back in 1980.

It annoyed you so much you removed the dash to find it? Lol
all mine are deleted.
We have a 96 and it doesn’t buss on nothing, it was that way when we got it.
I just realized this buzz emulates the sound of the original model T ignition system, which is called buzz coils.
Now I can sleep at night.
For what purpose?
So it serves no purpose except to annoy the hell out of you?
Well Now Galmer powell you found the source of that annoying buzzer But how are you getting to the tire plant Fire Now
1st thing I always unhooked.
Okay, that truck has more problems than any little buzzing noise.
Not just trucks they are also on cars and vans.
Ah we have all heard if that little "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH" box
I personally like the buzzing
On my 78 LTD that sucker is plugged directly into the fuse box.
No I have never wondered.
I don’t hear a buzzing sound at all. Therefore I have no idea what you’re talking about.
