In this video I show in depth how to remove and install a steering wheel flexible cable. The vehicles in this video are a 1977 and 78 Mustang both came equipped with a 4 cylinder. However, after over looking the v6 and v8 models, the flexible cable is identical. The only difference is, if the car came equipped with a rack n pinion or not, in which It will still work and I show how.
Symptoms; Lots of play within the steering in which can cause you to veer off the road especially if it’s completely shot like the vehicle in this video.
