Get below dash, you see 2 tabs underneath cup holder.
1) pull cup holder out as far as it will go.
2) From below, pull down with one finger on each tab simutaneously to release them from the track. Make the peace sign with your fingers, find the tabs, pull down simutaneously.
3) While holding the tabs down, pull cup holder completely out with other hand.
No tools needed.
4) Drill 2 pilot holes through existing ‘spring location spots, re-attach the spring with 2 sheet metal stud screws
