How To Replace F-150's Rear Shocks without a Lift

During our RockAuto Driveway Rescue with a 1977 Ford F-150, we noticed that the rear shocks could use an upgrade. But how do we get to them without a lift? Nothing a convenient dump kit and SeaFoam can’t fix!
