Will this work for a 2003 crown Vic? my car won't shift out of park. I just switch the brake switch on it, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas on what it could be

I have a 1995 XLT 4X4 Ranger with a 4.0 that has transmission issues. The O/D OFF light flashes and the transmission will not kick out of low when taking off and has no reverse. Is this a shift solenoid?

I had a starter put in my 02 Buick century last year. When I saw the starter I control it wasn't an original. The other day I was running around town making a few stops after the car got hot it would not start. No sounds nothing. I checked the battery which is about a 10 mints old and the battery was charged fully. I let it cool down and it started. Could it be the starter again
