Hello

Be careful getting that material that fiberglass on your skin and breathing . It, it can cause severe health problems.

Take care of the day

Hey Pete wat’s up? Never mind work and video’s for you. For me i’m starting to work on my 85 short bed and was wondering about some of the rust that’s on the truck. This will be my first time for body work but I’m a student of your’s for a long time. Man i rreeeeeally appreciate people like you that help people like me.

ThePaulgregg says:

This is a very interesting repair Pete… Please don’t leave any steps out. Wish I had learned about glass cracks years ago. Hand sanding is a bitch, but like u said, “Body work is art”, plus a heap of technique. Great job my friend.

James Eggerth says:

The repair is looking good !!

Jeff Woods says:

MMM I may start doing it like that to. I always take a grinder and grind the cracks till i can start to see threw the fiberglass then i lay up on it. I was probably doing more work then i have to.For a fiberglass car it doesnt have much filler?? I get done with one the hole thing is skimed coated with evercoat. that must of been a good mold to make a straight body. I havent seen a straight fiberglass body yet new just sand and paint.idk mine is ruff as hell lol.
