Welding Ferrari Wheel/ From Zero to Hero/ Alloy Rim Repair:
We recived a set of Ferrari alloy wheels with no chance to be repaired….but we like very much what we are doing and with the right amount of work we did it.
The wheels had been straightened, welded and reconstructed the damaged spoke and after the wheels been in the corect form and perfectly repaired have been sandblasted and powder coated in glossy black color with a mettalic glossy powder.
The result is amazing and the owner is so happy.
We are making wheels beautiful and perfect again no matter what.
We used tig welding and blasting with high pressure grit.
For powder coating we used powders from our parteners www.powderbythepound.com.

Metal to metal ….ive cracked several of bmw cheap rims and I’ve never seen it crack in the same place after being welded so for moderate driving I would accept this. Definitely not for the track but 20s on the track is foolish IMO
As long as it balances out it don't mean shit how many times Wheels been repaired or new piece of aluminum Has been welded
in as long as the penetrations good on the welds
Not sure if I would want to do 200mph on that rim…
But sir, I think the safety will be compromised now.
