The dreaded Ferrari Sticky Buttons. There’s a lot of solutions out there on how to fix them, but Josh came up with a new method that seems to create incredible results. The look is almost perfect, and they should never get sticky again. No more shiny plastic, no sticky buttons!

Nice find on the Borax! Great DIY video! Thanks for posting! Why repaint it at all though? How do you know that the VHT paint wouldn't become sticky just like the original Ferrari paint? It looked fine after you cleaned it. Probably good to wear some gloves with the Borax?

As soon as my buttons get sticky on my fantasy Ferrari I'll give it a go!
Although, not as bad going to tackle the sticky buttons on my 458. Don't have the balls to take pieces off without a step-by-step tutorial on how to remove them so going to tackle it with rubbing alcohol and a gentle touch. (Wish me luck) Never seen this approach though, super cool.
You need 2k clear, 1k will never setup and ve soft for months.
Get a plastic adhesion promoter and 2k matte clear
