Ferrari, they have a rich history in motorsports and their cars are arguably the most luxurious things with insane performance numbers. Ferrari also needs no introduction, with a line up like the Ferrari F40, the Testarossa and the Ferrari LaFerrari the world is pretty aware of the Ferrari brand and how synonymous it is with everything exotic and Italian. So why is one of the most legendary car makers in the world so harsh to Influencers and doubtful of how the world perceives their brand? Join Nolan as he explores two cases of Ferrari sending cease and desist orders to celebrities doing what they want with their cars. Is it justified? How could it negatively affect the Ferrari brand?

WheelHouse answers all the questions about the automotive world you never thought to ask. Nolan Sykes looks at the history, sociology and psychology behind the cars you love, and the features you might overlook.

Will Baack says:

The cease and desist letters are the last straw, I'll never own a Ferrari now…

Joshua Jones says:

It makes sense Ferrari has an image they want to uphold. I'm pretty sure it's not the energy drink, video gamer, Elon Musk fan boy, with a YouTube channel talking about a video game for 9 hours., or pulling questionable pranks on people. Or at least that's what the image I thunk Ferrari does not want.

Need to update this to say 2022 season instead of 2018.

Trademark, not Copyright.

These are different. The logo is TM and must be defended to stand.
CR is not weakened by allowing someone to use it. The holder has the right to let people use it or not as they like.

Quantumstardust says:

Ferrari is the embodiment of Italy. Arrogant and fragile. Just like WW2 lol

BRATALISTIC says:

Ferrari is just as Bad as Nintendo

Wakane says:

Problem is demand/supply. Ferrari may be an a**hole dealer, but unfortunately way more people are lining up to buy their products than they produce.

berty says:

Ferrari is wrong. Period.

Evan Z says:

None of the arguments hold up, not even a little. Can’t take pictures of your shoes that are similar in color to your car? What if he posted a picture by his car and he’s wearing those shoes. Following the same logic, he wouldn’t be allowed to wear those shoes while driving, or standing near his own car. Fuck Ferrari
