The owner of this Ferrari F40 bought it after it was found rotting in a damp barn for 8 years. This F40 started life as a road car – 1 of 27 non original LM cars that were converted to LM by private collectors. The owner decided to continue its evolution as an LM and not restore it back to original since it had some history and competed in some races in the 1996 BPR and probably it’s greatest claim to fame was that it lapped Hockenheim quicker than a Mclaren F1 GTR.

Not a pretty car. Yea,it’s a Ferrari but it’s made to be a race car,basically a tool. Probably efficient but in my opinion it’s butt ugly. Beautiful restoration,I’d hate to have to write the check for it!
