This video demonstrates how to install a set of Spyder Auto 2006-2008 Dodge Ram LED Lightbar Headlights. This complete how-to tutorial guides you, from start to finish, through the installation process. It also offers helpful tips throughout to facilitate a successful installation.

-= TOOLS NEEDED =-
1. Ratchet
2. Medium extension
3. 10mm deep socket
4. Painter’s tape
5. Multimeter
6. Wire Crimper
7. Four sets of T-Taps

-= INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =-
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the two 10mm bolts securing the headlight.
3. Behind the headlight, remove the rubber plug.
(In the fender well)
4. Remove the 10mm nut securing the headlight.
(Use folded painter’s tape on socket tip)
5. Unseat the OEM headlight.
6. Unclip the wiring harness.
7. Remove the OEM headlight.
8. With engine off, check voltage values on turn signal socket.
(Skip to 1:43 for demonstration)
9. With the engine on, recheck the voltage values.
10. At your own risk, wire in the t-taps for the lightbar.
11. Transfer over turn signal bulb and socket.
(Taken off OEM headlight and placed onto Spyder light)
12. Connect the wiring harness.
(Connect the lightbar wiring as well)
13. Seat the new headlight.
14. Reinstall the two 10mm bolts securing the headlight into place.
15. Reinstall the 10mm nut behind the headlight.
(In the fender well)
16. Reinstall the rubber plug.
17. Close the hood.
18. Installation completed.
