I have an 02 that I've had for almost 7 years and I just replaced my 3rd ECM. About every 3 to 4 year's. Ares Technologies sent me one programmed with my VIN and it fired right up. And a return address label to ship mine back. Once they receive it and it is in repairable condition they issue a lifetime warranty on the reman.
