This reminds me that I got a date with a 6.5 diesel soon with a snapped off bolt in a helicoil and then for good measure the other bolt has a chunk of block missing with a helicoil also present. I'm thinking its getting a visit from dr jb weld till I buy the fancy starter relocation kit.

It's still a bolt, it's not a nut and bolt until you add a nut. That doesn't mean it's not a bolt because it doesn't have a nut.
