Question if you don't mind: if a radiator is not leaking could it be clogged for none operating the truck for 10 years. Because i have flushed the fluids and put new antifreeze and a new thermostat and engine is still overheating. The water pump is not leaking. Could the radiator be clogged up?

Awesome step by step! If all automotive DYI videos were like this, a lot of garages would be out of business… …and we would all have more money in our pockets. Thanks Jay!

Sure wished this was up last month replaced mine on a 2000 Ram 1500 same set up. That transmission lower fitting was a bear.
Turned out the nipple on the radiator was about 8 mills larger in diameter. The ring on the nipple was over 10 mills larger in diameter and the ring 10 mills fatter the quick coupling would not full engage.

Tom Harner says:

Fantastic detail! Well done!
