A video tutorial on how to remove and replace tail light bulbs on a 2009 – 2021 Dodge Ram.

Perform the following steps to remove and replace the tail light, reverse light or brake light assembly on your Dodge Ram.
1. Remove the two screws and push pins retainers that pass through the bed sheet metal.
2. Pull the outboard side of the lamp rearward far enough to unsnap the two receptacles on the outboard side of the lamp housing from the two plastic snap post retainers in the outer box side panel.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the light bulb socket.
4. Rotate the light bulb socket counterclockwise a quarter turn to unlock it from the housing.
5. Pull the light bulb straight out of the socket.
6. Reverse the procedure to install the bulb and housing.

A lot easier than the headlights
Hello there hi there. I must have an alien tail light housing it is completely encased and I cannot get to the bulb how do I change the bulb out on the 2017 Ram Rebel when the back of the tail light housing is completely encased?
