You may want to check the mirror to see if you pinched one of the wires by accident while attaching it back to the truck. Common issue to have happen. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
ok, I changed out the mirror, now the doors won’t auto lock and the right door won’t close. What to do?

Thanks. A great help. I saved a ton of money. I was able to shortcut this process by only removing the 3 screws and pulling out the top corner enough to remove the mirror bolts Done in 5-10 minutes. Also suggest you roll down the window to easily work on both sides of the car at the same time. Thanks again Saved almost $400 on this repair (compared to dealer quote).
If the replacement glass has that feature, once you hook it back up ir should work.
i have a 2000 Durango and i cracked the drivers mirror and now the defroster doesnt work on that mirror but it still works on the passenger mirror. can you just replace the mirror glass or does the whole mirror have to be replaced?
