Found this and replaced the wiring harness and I have had no more issues with that headlight. However now the other one is doing the same. Lol!

Was able to fix my headlight issue with dielectric grease.
My 2015 1500 Laramie ecodiesel has the projection headlights. While I did have to pull the wheel well tabs,
I didn't have to pull the grill. That would have been a real pain..
