I have a 2000 5.9l I have to do my valve seals. is 21ft lbs the torque spec for the rocker arms I read some where that it was 11 ft lbs but that just seemed to light to me any advice would be great thank you!

I would not do this if you're using hydraulic roller lifters you will collapse them I just found this out the hard way

Have U ever seen the damage from throwing a rod through the valve covers? I did & it even put a dent N the hood ! I told my sister 2 let the motor warm up at an idle but she was N a hurry ! She reved up the motor trying 2 hurry the process. U want 2 say '' Heres your sign ! "'  on 2 the next video.
