I have a 2000 5.9l I have to do my valve seals. is 21ft lbs the torque spec for the rocker arms I read some where that it was 11 ft lbs but that just seemed to light to me any advice would be great thank you!
Is there a "Up" or "Down" position for the pushrods? They look exactly the same to me, and is there any length difference for the intake/exhaust pushrods?
Have U ever seen the damage from throwing a rod through the valve covers? I did & it even put a dent N the hood ! I told my sister 2 let the motor warm up at an idle but she was N a hurry ! She reved up the motor trying 2 hurry the process. U want 2 say '' Heres your sign ! "' on 2 the next video.

Did you say assembly glue?
I would not do this if you're using hydraulic roller lifters you will collapse them I just found this out the hard way
What would happen if you did not set lifters at lowest point and only torqued down rocker arms?
How do you know when your lifters are at their lowest points when turning over the engine?

should the rush rods always be replaced or they be re-used also same shit for the rockers…do they all have to be new?
