I will soon be putting my balancer back on (Engine still in the car) I see you locked the camshaft from spinning with a screw driver, question where did you jam the screw driver?

Have a 95 dodge ram 360 I loaned to my daughter for a few short months and when I got it back the exhaust was gone as was both running boards and had this awful clanging noise when it was revved up. Looked under the hood to find the HB dangling there. Don't know what she did or how she did it but I'm at a loss on how to fix it.
