I do indeed have a 99 S10 blazer LS factory tow pig. She's been a great work rig for 6 years paid $1500 for it rust free! She's at 200000 and needs valve seals. I live in Wes land, maybe he will do it !

Pitts321 says:

Make a good farm truck. It’s wore out

Stuart Fletcher says:

Are you having fun, You sounded a little frustrated .I could never do what you do, I'm too old and set in my ways. And at 77 I cant even see the parts anymore, Been there done that….Stu

Fish Aussie says:

Looking forward to first start again from a barn find

darkknightjpw says:

I'm not an expert on 05 but sometimes there is a relearn you need to run with a scan tool

Dave Lennie says:

Few things are worse than that feeling after you put a ton of work into replacing a part, then you start the rig up and the problem persists. My tow pig is a 2005 Chevy 2500 with the gas 6.0 LS, but not too long ago I used to tow with a 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer.

Ed Chenal says:

Good video. Your honesty draws viewers like a magnet. I tow a 14' utility trailer which carries a dune buggy. My tow vehicle is a 2019 Honda Pilot which is rated for 3500 pounds. Although my loaded trailer falls about 400 pounds under the limit, I had to install a trans oil cooler to keep the tranny from overheating in hot weather. The Hayden trans oil cooler works well. I'll use them on all future tow vehicles.

LtdJag says:

Can’t see diddly. Been there. Engineers.

Damian Jackson says:

This would be right up wes's alley pretty cool seeing you on his channel in your dad's car with chin

Jim Richards says:

My tow rig is a 89 Chevy 3500 four wheel drive with a 454

Questionable Clappers says:

I have a 2000 sierra 2500 6.0 but lately ive just been using my c10 or s10. Its a more pleasurable experience not driving a giant truck around unless its needed to town something super heavy (like other c10s lol)

Mustang Josh says:

I can sympathize with having done jobs that are pretty much done by feel because you can either see it or reach it, but not both at the same time. I've learned quite well how to adapt to this.

Bo Skipper says:

22 ram 3500 crew cab dually gooseneck life

Tom Tribby says:

throttle position sensor sounds like

Stephen Braun says:

I like your style in getting the truck you want/ need. However, I love my moose mirrors up all the time. Lol. Puddin called you a YouTube Engineer. That could be a shirt

francis rizzo says:

don't you have to clean the magnet under the CPS? high mileage cars (at least the gassers I've worked on) tend to have a build up of sparkles on the magnet which makes the CPS go crazy…
