OMG !! Where's the popcorn ? You Don't remove the Clips You press on the back ( closed ) side of the clip ! Good luck finding clips !! No need to replace the whole tank. Reinforce the vent nipple and epoxy in place. Buy a New fuel pump and replace. While you have access to inside of tank CLEAN IT !!!
