Thank you for stopping by to watch our 2011-2014 Chrysler 200 bumper install tutorial. Very quick and easy to install to accomplish and we hope this will save you some time and money. We would like to address a few things here. This customer was highly advised to change her bumper rebar/support. She opted to do it at a later date but highly recommends you get an OEM bumper bar installed right away. This bumper bar is a safety feature and should not be overlooked. Second, this customer had a customer or 3rd party grille. Normally, the grill would snap on but she also did not want to change the grilles. Lastly, she hadn’t washed her car in ages and we cleaned it up a bit on the hood to show the color match. Not washing or waxing your car will have a negative effect on the clearcoat over time.

TOOLS NEEDED:
You will need a 10mm wrench or socket wrench. A flat-head screwdriver or panel clip removal tool.

PROCESS:
And now for the proverbial bread and butter. Mount your bumper but be sure to get the bottom plate or lower engine cover that sits above the bumper. The bumper should easily mount and we hope your bumper rebar is not as bad as ours. This bumper support bar was bent in the middle and had the ends jutting out causing some issues with our install. Once you have the bumper sitting on the frame, secure it with a top bolt so it does not fall down. Clip-in the bumper near the fenders and under the headlights. We secured the bumper ends first but you can also install the grille and secure the top. Our customer kept her 3rd part grille that was slightly broken. The grille does secure in the same spot as the top bumper but it would also normally clip into the bumper along the bottom. This bumper is quite easy and has very few clips and screws on the ends and on the top near the radiator. Most bolts and clips are on the bottom of the bumper but they are very easy to install. That’s it, a pretty quick and painless install job. We hope this video saves you some time and money. We’ll always be here if you have any questions.
