Well I did what you said: pushed on the inside but the other part snapped!

etyrnal says:

1.) this video demonstrates the RIGHT side light. [the LEFT is MUCH HARDER due to cold air intake in the way
2.) i did NOT have to remove the belly pan
3.) i was able to change the bulb by ONLY turning the car's wheel inward as far as possible, and removing the THREE closest wheel well speed fasteners. I was able to flex the wheel well plastic panel enough to get my hand/arm in there, 1/4 turn the light socket out of the back of the lens/reflector assy , and pull the socket out just far enough to be able to pull the socket and attached wire out from behind the bumper/wheel well, pull the old bulb out, and put the new on in the socket, and put it back in, and reattach it with a 1/4 turn.

4.) the drivers side is much harder. had to remove some module that was attached to the bumper just inside bumper behind/in front of the wheel well (1 10mm bolt). But it's REALLY hard to maneuver your wrist/arm with the intake in the way.

Also, the video above shows that the light lenses just pop out of the fender — FALSE — there is a NUT/STUD that holds them in on leading edge. Assuming a stock car with no damaged/missing nuts/studs, you will NOT be able to just press the clip in and pop it out.

Anyway.
