My 2008 300C AWD had 2 screws also holding the fog light to the bumper.
That 300 has a 300 SRT bumper on it, the 300c and base 300 May have different foglights depending upon year. In 2009 the base model was updated to the "C" style front bumper and headlight configuration, some sources say that after 09 the base model and "C" model use the same foglights with the SRT using a different foglight mounting system.
