please can you let me know if this worked out for you? I noticed at the auto store they had one for auto climate control and a manual system. I haven’t purchased this unit yet because I am not sure if the problem is the blend door actuator

1aauto says:

You may want to check the fuses; if they all check out okay, you may want to check the plug end to see if there’s power to the blower motor. If there is power to it, then the blower motor may be bad. We carry new ones on our website with FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 states. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

do you know why my rear ac is not blowing

1aauto says:

It could be a blower motor resistor, a loose connection to the blower motor (turn it on and try wiggling the wire to the blower motor), or possibly the blower motor itself going bad. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

In my 2004 Pacifica, the fan will turn ON intermittently. The first time it failed, disassembled the R-pack, plugged everything back, and few minutes after giving up, it started working again. It worked fine for 2 weeks, then failed on our way to Orlando. I made it work in Orlando (disconnected R-pack, tapping AC console?), but fail again driving back. Today removed cables, put back everything and it worked again, but after turning OFF the car, and back ON it quit blowing.

1aauto says:

The issue could be with either with the resistor it could be with the physical wiring harness.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. The blower turns on when I start the car but won’t turn off and doesn’t change speed. It always blows about 1/2 speed. Does this sound like it might be a blower motor resistor?

Thanks , I am checking the fuses today and took off the positive side of the battery this morning for awhile. Last time I did that it reset everything. Now it seems to be a cluster panel for heat and a/c that is not working. Per owners manual non of the reset buttons work. Of course they don’t tell you in the book what the relay or fuses are by my emergency break so that confuses me also. I just got this vehicle 4 weeks ago and I am pee-od. ! I could not find any loose wires inside the car.

1aauto says:

You may want to check to see if there’s a loose wire or possibly a blown fuse somewhere in the circuit.

Great job on the video but I have a problem here. I got a resistor that looked just like your replacement one and all I got was the re-circulation blowing til I was almost deaf. Took that one back and got a different one that looked just like the one I had taken out. The second one worked like it was suppose to but only for 3 hours and then stopped working. The rear blower motor runs but no heat and I live in WI. Between on and off there is a noise in the glove box quietly going off and on.

We do not have an auto repair video for this particular repair. We do carry new catalytic converters on our website for your 2002 Subaru Legacy. There are only 4-5 bolts that hold in in place. We also offer FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 states on this part. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393 Part Number: 1AEEM00725

Can you show if you haven’t already how easy it is to change the catalytic convertor in a 2002 Subaru Legacy L station wagon. I’ve seen most online charge 188 for the convertor and resonator and say its a direct fit bolt up option. The estimate they gave my ex gf was ridiculous, I remember when I had my 90 Excel convertor changed in the 2005 it was $900.
