This is a Side View Mirror Replacement on a 2002 Sebring.
Someone hit the side view mirror on my daughters 2002 Sebring and broke it and my wife will show you how easy it is to replace it. You can order a new one or do like she did go to the junk yard and pull one off the same model car using these same techniques.
