DIY how to replace IAC idle air control valve Chrysler Dodge hesitation stalling rough idle 2.7L

Video will show the location of IAC and how to take it off and clean it. This may fix rough or high idle due to bad IAC valve. If check engine light is on and code points at the IAC then clean the IAC first. If this doesn’t fix the problem then replace it.

What are you using to clean it with?  I just want to be sure what I use is rubber safe for the O-rings and all that. THanks!

Thank you for this video. With your help I was able to remove and clean my idle control valve. The car is idling nicely and the check engine light is gone. Thank you again. Before I found your video, I watched another video publish by "1a auto" for Dodge Sebring 2.7L. In that video they showed an Idle air control valve that was installed with two 8MM screws. That video showed the wrong idle air control valve. The name of that video is: "How To Install Replace Idle Air Control Valve 2.7L 2001-06 Chrysler Sebring Dodge Stratus" Your video show the right valve for my 2004 and 2005 Dodge Stratus.
