Try This FIX Before You Replace the Air Blend Door Actuator on a Chevy

This may only help an actuator motor that is seized up or has a loose connection. It won’t fix an actuator that is making a loud tapping sound. I was originally going to replace my actuator as it wouldn’t do anything when adjusting the heat but after tapping on it several times, it started working properly again so I think it’s worth trying before you dive into replacing the actuator.
