Godzilla Toho says:

I have a problem with one of my windows. Whenever i use my master switch to lower the front passenger window, it works fine in lowering it, but whenever i want to raise the window i have to flick the switch about 3 times until it finally moves. I tried to see if the problem was the same whenever i tried the front passenger switch but it works completely fine. Could it be my master switch on the drivers side that is the problem?

Bought the part for $50 and did install. Last time we changed this, at the dealership, cost $225. Thanks to you guys

dooloowoohoo says:

I was having a problem where the driver side controls would roll up/down the driver window, but would only roll down(wouldnt roll back up) the rest of the windows, and had to roll them up from each window separately.

Bought a new switch and followed this video, all my windows work great now! Thank you! PS it only took 2 minutes!

HecG says:

I just did this to my chevy Silverado 2011 and the driver window still won't work. You think it can be something else?

Gary Wlodarsky says:

Jaime Dudash says:

Thank you for a great repair . . .I have an '03 with mirrors that extend. . . .if I unplug the module and clean as instructed . . .. will I still have to get the BCM "flashed" to make the mirrors travel as they are supposed to from the in position to the out position? Thank you in advance if you can help me with this . …

Kenneth Flanary says:

The Chevy dealer told me the new switch pack needs to be programmed to the Body Computer Module (BCM) upon being changed. Until then the new switches and locks would not work. Do you know if this is true. I know I can change the part, but for 150$ for programming, plus dealer parts cost, I'm not sure if 1 window switch being intermittent is worth the cost. Thanks for the good details in your videos by the way.

Brad Nassaur says:

Is this the same on an 07 Silverado 2500HD LT
