I have a clunking noise in front of 2013 Chevy equinox when I press on brakes. I looked at sway bars they don't move around accept if u grip them u can turn left to right a little is that normal. Brakes look good and tie rods too.
do locking pliers work the same way for the rears?

What happens if it goes out?
Is it 17 or 18mm?
Is there a sway bar link on each the driver and passenger side?
What about the bushings? When the new link is installed, are they likely to be making some noise now that everything is tighter?

What is a way to tell if it is bad? My wife's traverse rattles when hitting bumps even small bumps going straight but not as much when turning or on a hard curve.
