Ok just watched video, and changed light bulb without a jack or doing
anymore than taking out two pins from beginning of video. 1st thing use the
t shirt or shop cause it will mess up paint. If you are a bigger guy it is
a tight fight with your hand in there. For everything else great video and
saved me big money. 13 dollars for bulb and 10 minutes of my time.

Rhode Moraila says:

Thank You, I changed my lights by myself thanks to you viedo. you are a
life safer and a money saver

1A Auto Parts says:

We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows that particular
repair. We’ll keep this in mind if wee make this repair in the future.

Great Post guys, much appreciated.

@eastbayphotog Thank you for visiting out YouTube channel

Tha Pixeltripper says:

took me about an hour but thanks!

1A Auto Parts says:

I show removing the whole assembly because we sell the whole assembly on
our website. Changing the bulb only requires removing a couple of the
retainers, pulling back the inner fender, reaching in and removing and
replacing.

Jessica Alexandra says:

push pin push pin push pin lol just thot it was funny lol but good vid

1A Auto Parts says:

The part number should be right on the bulb. You should be able to get a
new bulb from your local auto parts store.

omartron says:

great advice and great video, shows the real life encounters you could have
too 🙂 all the others on the net (apart from 1AAuto) show you how to do it
and they don’t say any of the problems you could encounter, but you do,
thanks a lot!

peacelovemusic231 says:

Thanks so much for this! I learned a lot about taking care of my vehicles
from my mechanic friends, but when it comes to remembering how to do
something I’m not so good. This vid makes my weekend project much simpler!

casemods says:

I had 4 white bolts and 2 black ones off as well as 2 extra pins out before
i started watching the video and realized that i only needed to take 2 pins
out to change the bulbs

michinmuri says:

Thanks saved me time and therefore money!!!

Hayato Chan says:

Great video. Just a couple of thoughts. Notice he has a lift. Most of us
don’t so be sure to use some jack stands. It made it easier for me to get
to the push pins and screws in the wheel well and under the front. Also I
used some WD-40 on the screws as my car is an 06 and the passenger light
bulb had never been changed. The 10mm screws were very difficult to remove
and were a little rusted. Overall it took me an hour and a half taking my
time and watching the video the same time.

monika giza says:

Great video thanks for the help but still what a pain in the rear, but
still miss the older days where you just poped the hood and changed the
bulbs. 🙂 thank you though.

Charles Anderson says:

Your directions made the bulb change very easy and fast. Thanks!

Sabre Tooth says:

Thank you so much!!!

PoisonedPeach says:

Thank you so much! Goodyear was going to charge me $150 to change my
lightbulbs! With this video, I only paid $20 for the bulbs and did it
myself! Thank you sooooo much!

focusonthegreen says:

Wow this really was informative. I just bought a brand new 2011 and was
wondering how the heck I would replace the bulbs if needed. Thanks for the
video!

nwotleets says:

Many, many thanks. I was trying to get to the headlight through the hood,
initially (because that’s how it was on my old car an ’03 Dodge Intrepid).
Then I thought. Ain’t no way. Saw your video, and minutes later, presto.
New bulb. Though worse than the actual headlight design is the light bulb
that doubles as a low and a high. My “low” filament burned out, which means
I’m pitching a perfectly good high-beam… Thank you again!
