We’re going to show you how to install LMC truck carpet into your vintage car or truck. The carpet being installed is for our 1976 Chevy c10 pickup. We’ll show you how to remove the sound absorbing materials and clean and prep the truck floor. We’ll tell you which tools and materials you’ll need. Then we’ll show you how to install the underlayment to make it conform to the surface, install the heatshield, and then the carpet.
We have tips and tricks to make this easier and we’ll show how to adjust the door sills, seatbelt hardware, kick panels, floor switch and grommet for the headlight high beams. Then, you’ll see the finished look.
