Please help my horn is not working when i read the wire to the horn with a multimeter it gets 3.7v even when the car is turned of and when i start the car and use the horn it gets 11.3v anyone have an ide ??
It's too easy if it's the horn itself. I just had a working horn to replace BUT no go! Don't know what else to do.
