Ivan Arias says:

has your chevy audio bose system ?

Romiin says:

do you lose the door chime when you take out the factory radio? I seen some installs that have this little module with the new harness. tks great video

Thrifty Garage says:

You lost me at 2:36. Those shark bite fittings should be illegal! There are much better methods for achieving the same purpose without the negative implications.

Noah Hatfield says:

Where does the red wire go after you tap it in to the heater system

Derrick Von says:

Does this work on a bose unit I got truck no radio on day three getting no where any help would be great

MacAaroni says:

Was having so much trouble with this, thanks.

Johnny Barrientos says:

Where does the red wire go on the radio

Will Barnz says:

Skipping the interface skips the chimes (which some say is a safety feature you shouldn't skip) AND you skip the timer that lets the radio play for a few minutes after turning the key off.

The crimps work, yes, but no pro installer worth their salt will do it that way.

Zachery McKenney says:

Where do you connect the extra red wire to the radio?

Fanton Novato TSK says:

Gracias por subir este video, me ayudó mucho, me da flojera escribir en ingles jajaja pero muchas gracias

Talon Taylor says:

When I hooked my power wire from my after market stereo to the ac wire it’s would turn on and off every 6 seconds, so I tried to switch to the constant 12v, same problem. Any solutions?

R Davis says:

Good video. No nonsense. Straight to the point.

AllMight Garage says:

Thanks man, I was worried I’d have to relinquish the harness but seems you didn’t thanks brother

Patrick Quintero says:

Where does the red wire go on the stereo

GetUsomEnuts GetUsomEnuts says:

FYI you gotta take the key out after the ignition was cycled to completely kill the power going to the radio. And the interface module dose more than allow you to use steering wheel controls. So for $30 you can get the interface module and wiring adapter for your truck and not tap into the AC control system and have everything work as it should

prentice508 says:

can you tap in the ac unit if you don't want to use the steering wheel controls to keep from buying the interface cause my 2005 Chevy Tahoe has steering controls with on star but no bose premium sound

Christina Turner says:

I just spent $50 on the interface box hooked everything up now my truck won’t idle goes dead I put the factory radio back and everything is good now i’m going to try this see if this works for my truck without having the chrome box

X says:

Great video easy to follow. Do most GM Silverado radios have the same connection in the back?

eryk zavala says:

So you dont need to buy a custom dash kit only the bracket?

EpilepsyWarning says:

"Again its gonna feel like you're breaking it because it's so fragile" lmao

AzCampos says:

Really helped alot. Had to bypass my chime, it was causing my truck to short out bad.

Hoopty outdoors says:

Where do you run the other end of the red wire that you tapped into the brown ac wire

Rani T says:

Hey man I had a question about the radio harness, I purchase on amazon but I get no sound whatsoever from stereo, any tips? I think I have bought the wrong wire harness

Rene C***********0 says:

Good information thanks bro

Lucio El Campesino says:

I love this video wow neta está muy bien esplicado gracias hermamo

Bubba Hathaway says:

The red wire that you've tapped into the brown wire with where does the other end go into the new aftermarket radio

Bubba Hathaway says:

Okay I need help because I got the right wire harness but the pattern on the pins inside the harness is different from the pins inside the harness that I'm trying to connect to inside the truck so should it still work or will it mess up if I try?
