Ok, that first screw that I need to remove seems to be stripped. It turns but doesn't come out! Tried to wedge a flat head under it and unscrew, but it won't come out…A 5 minute job has taken almost an hour, and I'm still at square one. Is there a work-around? My car doesn't have the cue system, so it's only an extra space compartment there, but the same screw as in the video. Very frustrating! Any help would be appreciated!

My dealer keeps telling me that my cabin air filter does not need to be changed. It is the original one that came with the car and I have over 50,000 miles on the car. Do you think they are really checking it when I go in for an oil change? I thought it would need to be changed by now. Thanks for the info!

Hi Jim, could you tell me when they started to put cabin air filters in most cars?
