I need to replace a fan in a 2013 Cadillac ATS is this similar to what I’m watching
hello, first of all let me thank you for helping me replacing my fan. i replaced it because it was making a super loud noise when it would turn on. one day it overheated and the fans wouldn't start at all so i replaced them but the problem is still there they won't start and my car was going to over heat after a 30 mins running the engine what could be the problem now. help please thank you
i wonder what was wrong with these particular fans, but maybe as mentioned sized bearings thus wining noise. These electrical fans are controlled by sophisticated electronics and troubleshooting is sometimes difficult. Anyway i was surprised how small was that engine air filter on such a huge and powerful car, even small euro cars have bigger cabin filters then this Cadillac.
