This is a quick video diagnosing a broken GM rollover valve in the fuel tank of a 2004 Cadillac Escalade. This issue can pertain to many different GM models from 1999 to 2013 from what I can find.
The symptom was fuel gushing out of the filler neck when filling up at the gas station. I also found a crack in a BRAND NEW fuel pump in this video which caused a leak when the tank was full.
