In this video I show you how to install a Tesla style radio into a Cadillac CTS. I also install Apple CarPlay and test out some functions and settings menus.
So far I really like it! Apple CarPlay makes the UI look so much better and much more useful with my phone. It looks completely factory instead of having a DDIN with a bunch of useless buttons left on the faceplate.

Does your heated windshield washer fluid button work? Is there a notification on the instrument panel when you press that button?
Could you please show the wiring for the main harness, because in my setup the rear speakers don't work, and also there is noise/buzzing in the front speakers on low volume.

Hey I have this same radio but I’ve had problems installing into my car, my first issue is my sound isn’t working and my second issue is when I plug the ac controls up the radio cuts completely off, I’ve watched your videos countless of times but you don’t show how it’s wired or if you had to do anything extra. And I know it’s suppose to be plug and play but we both know it’s more to it than that. Could you please help me out I have a 09 Cadillac CTS
I'm installing my unit and it would boot up when i plug in the power connector but only for about 20 seconds and the screen turns black. i'm touching the screen and nothing happens, even after starting the engine. any advice you can give me? thanks.
